Residential Sales & Installation Webb Air Conditioning Company specializes in complete system design and installation for new residences and system upgrade or replacement for existing homes. We design systems that meet your lifestyle by using Carrier's high-efficiency gas furnaces, cooling systems, or heat pumps. We can also meet the demands of your special needs through the use of Carrier's automated residential zoning systems, high-efficiency air cleaning products, humidification and energy-management controls. Free Home Inspection: The process begins with a free inspection where we assess your needs and determine the unique characteristics of your home. Our comfort specialist will discuss different applications and help you choose the option that will best suit your lifestyle and keep your home comfortable and energy efficient for years to come. Free Load Analysis: A custom heating and cooling load analysis follows the home inspection. We draw a floor plan of your home detailing square footage, insulation factors, windows, doors and individual room uses. This information is downloaded into a computer program that simulates weather conditions for our area and determines the heating and cooling capacities needed to keep your home comfortable year-round. Companies that size equipment based on visual inspections and rules of thumb are just guessing about your comfort! Installation Personnel: Our installation technicians are full-time employees (not subcontractors) who are trained to install systems that meet or exceed national and local mechanical code requirements. During installation, our technicians are mindful of your property and will treat your home with the respect it deserves. All jobs are supervised and inspected upon completion by the in-home comfort specialist who designed your system. Materials: We use only the best construction materials and equipment, as our installations are designed to withstand the extreme climate and temperature changes prevalent in North Texas. Installation Techniques:
All equipment installed in attics is suspended to isolate vibration transfer
that can cause long-term structural problems. We use sheet metal for all
major duct fittings, plenums and transitions. Connection points on new
duct work are sealed to reduce conditioned air loss and to prevent dust
from entering the airflow. Safety devices are installed on all condensate
lines to reduce the risk of water damage to ceilings and floors. We design
and install our systems like they were going in our own homes. |
