Commercial Repairs
Because of the complexity of commercial systems, our commercial service is performed on a time and material basis. Our goal is to diagnose commercial problems as expediently as possible and, to the best of our ability, inform our customers of the estimated repair costs. We work to provide our clients with a variety of options and assist in decisions that involve repair versus replacement of equipment. Our qualified commercial technicians specialize in rooftop systems, chillers, boilers, pneumatic controls, VAV systems, and commercial split systems of all varieties and sizes.
We have technicians on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for our established customers!
Commercial labor rates are as follows:
Regular Rates Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$100.00 for the first thirty minutes
$100.00 for each additional hour
After-Hours Rates: Monday-Friday After 4:00 PM
$150.00 for the first thirty minutes
$150.00 for each additional hour
Weekend Rates: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
$150.00 for the first thirty minutes
$150.00 for each additional hour
Holiday Rates: Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day
$200.00 for the first thirty minutes
$200.00 for each additional hour
Repaired or replaced parts are quoted in addition to labor charges.
